Adoption Insights process is as followed:
 | We listen to your special circumstances and tell you what options we | |
| have available for you. Such options include: |
 | Help you (birth mother)with goal setting for the pregnancy and | |
| after. | ||
| Council you about your options (i.e..pregnancy counseling, | |
| medical needs, financial assistance, social assistance and other professional services) | ||
| Offer the option of open, semi-open, or closed adoption and | |
| explain the pros and cons that may concern each individual |
 | Once you decide that adoption is what's best for you, we will need to | |
| verify information, such as identity, and pregnancy. |
 | After we have received verification, we will need you to provide more | |
| information about yourself. You can use our form "Birth Mother Questionnaire" to provide us with such information. |
 | Then we will show you profiles of qualified adoptive parent/families | |
| that match your desires. We will provide as many profiles until you find the right adoptive family. |
 | We will provide or connect you to all services you need while you are | |
| in the process of adoption. Such services include: |
| Connecting you with legal representation for your special | |
| requirements. | ||
| Helping you locate appropriate counseling services. | |
| Provide you with a 24-hour birth mother hot-line | |
| Provide you with compassionate personalized support. | |
| Facilitate you with conversations, and visits as necessary with | |
| adoptive parent/families. | ||
| Involvement in available parent selection with personal visits if | |
| requested by the birth mom/parents | ||
| Lactation Consultant Imperial County Health department | |
| (applies when there is an open adoption and a nursing mother concern) |
 | We assist with budgets and financial concerns. |
| We assist with relocation or housing, if necessary. | |
| We assist you with all necessary medical care. | |
